E33 Solé TV

I just bought a 2104 e33. The Solé TV won't turn on. Any ideas?

A few thoughts…

Is it plugged in?
Is there power to the outlets?
is the outlet breaker on?
are there batteries in the remote?
Do other 110v appliances work?
Is there a GFI breaker in the outlet circuit that may be tripped?

Is the TV 12V or 120v?
Is there an inverter/converter/fuse inline?
Is there a dvd in the unit and does it work?
