Their phone number (401-739-1140) and fax are clearly posted on their home page... No email that I can find. Old Skool...

Try to find a different source for parts if you can. From personal experience, Rig Rite is horrible to deal with. It took 5 months and a bizillion calls, faxes and e-mails to get a boom from them. Some people have had luck but many don't. Buyer beware!

I hesitage to supply you with their e-mail address but here it is in the event you like to live adventurously. Keep us posted about your experience with them. I hope things have changed for the better.

They don't do emails. You have to phone or fax.
And you better look at their website and know what you want. They're not real patient.
