I want to add a PSs dripless box to my 42 replacing the factory unit. Has anyone donr this on their 42. I'm hoping to find the stern tube diameter without climbing down in there to try to measure.

We did.

We installed one on a 430. PS either has the size info or will get it for you from Hunter... just ask them about it.

Dripless on the 42

I installed a dripless box about 2 years ago. It's great, but I would recommend removing the lower battery. Otherwise it will take you forever.
