Sharp is the key
Nick, Work Corian with a SHARP spiral drill bit, hole saw or router. A sabre saw or auger style bit can cause the material to crack. A dull bit or hole saw can generate enough heat to melt the resin. Do not use a lot of pressure when drilling as this also can lead to cracking(don't ask me how I know). Hunter's tops are not very thick...piece of cake if you let the bit do the work.Have a great day!
