I notice the drain hole in replacement holding tanks is usually on the side at the bottom. With a 1.5" hose this would prevent draining the tank below the drain hole level. You would always have about 1.5" of liquid in the tank. Would it be better if the drain hole were underneath the tank? This would make it possible to discharge almost all of the waste from the tank.
