draft on a h23

i know the draft is 2.3 but was wondering is this the bottom of the keel or the bottom of the rudder? with the rudder down?

Draft

That is the draft of the keel; your rudder will be kicking up at that point. Under sail my rudder rubs when my sounder reads 2.4/2.5. Mark Major, s/v Lesismor, 86H23
