We are the second owners of a 2005 33' which we picked up at the end of August and brought it to it's new home in New York (western L.I. sound). The draft is 5'6", is that measurement taken from the top of the keel, or from the start of the waterline, this might be a silly question but would appreciate the clarification. Our previous boat was a MacGregor 26M which had a retractable centerboard so there was never any problem with the draft.
Thanks

Nice boat ... :D

Don't forget the depth transducer is in the floor of the v-berth and reads from the bottom of the hull, which is below the waterline and if not offset will give you an extra foot + / -

So it's probably best to figure the V-berth as a location. This is all very new to us, appreciate the help. Thanks.
