Nice. The kind of pic that can haul you through the winter... Fair winds to 'Christmas' and all the Youngs!
Belated thanks, Iain! This image has helped getting through this winter from hell. Still very cold here on the coast of Maine, nearing April!
Imortalized on this photo is our old roller furling mainsail we replaced last season(and in fact had a free bag built from it by Sea Bags of Portland-I highly recommend them for recycling your old sails).
Also something I probably only notice: The aft gate-station and life line is missing on the starboard side. My dear son had an UN-docking mishap. He forgot to untie a spring line-which neatly folded both bronze stations, flat...
Nice thing about solid bronze, the metal magician at Rockport Marine was able to heat and bend them back into original shape. All was forgotten, but now this photo reminds me.(My son will never forget removing his spring lines, poor kid was more hurt than I was).
