1 Whilst applying mild force upwards rotate anti (counter) clockwise (when viewed from below) until the bezel clicks loose. Be gentle, they are old and brittle.
2 Lots. They are festoon bulbs - once you have them out measure and search on the internet for a replacement. Note that the replacement may be polarity sensitive.
3 Don't be surprised if they are passed their useful service life......

1. Am I spinning the glass lens or the metal outer trim ring?
2. Good to know. I have a few sources for bulb replacement.
3. I'm expecting to have to replace most of the lighting aboard but wish to do so selectively. Exploring options at this juncture.
