Sean, I don't know much about fitting dodgers to anything. But what I might suggest is to talk to a reputable canvas guy. I'm sure they will have more info for you on what they can and can't do, and how that would best fit on your boat. Good canvas work isn't cheap, and you get what you pay for. If you really need a dodger, I'd think spending the money to have it done well and fit properly would be worth it.
