We are doing more open passages, and would like to investigate if anyone has added a bimini or dodger to their 26D. Any luck with mail order anywhere? Any information about creating them on your own? Thanks Carol
Just installed a Bimini yesterday on my 26D ,1988. A bought it from West Marine (on-sale)during the summer. Model 1892695S. Mounted it just outside the rails on a flat spot about 25" from the stern. A top lifting kit is a must. You will have to narrow it in about 3" from the Max. We are heading to the Key's on Saturday. My wife made me put in on this weekend.
