Disel fuel deck fitting

Looking at a late 80s 28.5 Hunter. I must be crazy, but where is the fuel deck fitting??

Should be one of the two on starboard side near the stern, the other one being the pump-out fitting. Sorry if pic not better. It was taken from top of the mast.
