Dirty dink problems

I recently upgraded to a 35, which I love, but I'm having an issue I could use help on. The exhaust of the boat shoots straight out of the stern and directly into my dinghy, a hypalon model, and as a result has gotten brutally stained with diesel exhaust.

I now tow the dink alongside while I motor, and pull it a good distance of when sailing...but I can't get the stains off of the dink no matter what I use to clean it. I've tried detergents of all kinds, the brand-name sprays made for dinks and vinyl, but nothing seems to work.

Anyone had this problem and discovered a cleaner that actually cleans exhaust stains off of a dinghy?

I have an old Zodiac that I have used Oxi Clean with good results. I use a cup full mixed with a gallon of hot water.
