I have a C&C 32 that I would like to have Dinghy Davits installed on. I have a 8' Dinghy and have the Motor on the Stern Rail. I am looking for davits that are a good value and will befit my boat. I have the dinghy rolled up in the quarter berth and she needs to come out. I have seen the $1500 Forespar davits and have heard tell that there are some good Davits in the $1k to $1.2k MSRP range. Anyone reccomend Davits and any issues in installing them? Any info would be appreciated.
Also, I am very upset. I left my Boats mannual out for my 1980 32' the last time the rigger was there and it went missing right after. He had a new guy working with him and had only worked for him for 3 days prior to being on my boat. This has really upset me for it was the original manual (allthough engine model number did not match for some odd reason. I have a Yanmar 15 HP while I am at it.... I belive it is the original 1980 Yanmar. Anyone know where I might be able to get a copy of original 32 manual other than my ec-riggers library? Any and all replies and info would be greatly appreciated.
