Could someone please explain the difference between the Hunter 26 and the 260 , Thanks,

The h260 was manufactured for a few years up to 2005 the 26 came from 2006 model year on. Some models of the 260 had a fixed keel, inboard diesel and wheel steering. It was better known as a 27 for those years. Those models maintain a higher value than current 26s with water ballast, tiller steering and outboard engines. The models are commongly mingled and mistaken as the shells are very similar.

The 26 actually is the precursor to the H260. The H260 represented refinements to the initial H26 design and retains similar design and hull characteristics.
