Since I purchased my H27 last year I have always noticed a slight but distinctive diesel odor inside the cabin. I have tried several products but still have the odor.

Does anyone experience this? Any specific product to help get rid of it?

Thanks.

You need to try to locate the source. Do you have a fuel leak? Is the tank vent blocked?

Benny is right . Do as he suggested first then try some white vinegar. When I sold real estate it was helpful in getting rid of fuel oil smells and it was cheap and non toxic.

Exactly.. ya probably have a very small diesel drool that is keeping the odor fresh. I found the banjo washers leaking and the top cover of the lift pump had loosened and was drooling a very little .. Good luck with the detective work.. then I used the heavy duty Febreze after the leak was stopped

Once you've located and eliminated the source of your odor, and removed any diesel or oil, spray the whole area with PureAyre http://www.pureAyre.com. Don't rinse, just let it dry with hatches open so that plenty of fresh can circulate for 24 hours.

The sbo.com chandlery carries PureAyre.
