Diesel drip at bleed screw

I have an 86 Cat30 with the Universal diesel. I can't get the nuts behind the injector bleed screw to completely seal up. Getting a slow drip when engine is running. The lock nuts in the "banjo" fitting seem tight, so was wondering if there are any trick anyone may have.

Some of those banjo washers are actually crushable and should only be used once. Similar to the ones in the injectors.
