to post location of thru hulls and saftery gear, etc.

Wher might I find one of these.

This may not be exactly what you want but it is a start.
Also try searching for boats for sale in major sites like yachtworld.com. Sometimes dealers selling a boat will include a line diagram from the owners manual. It takes time to hunt down specific information.
