Device to replace 6V square battery with size D batteries

I once saw an ad for a device to replace a 6V square battery for a large flashlight with 4 D size batteries. Can anyone direct me to a web site selling such device?

Home Depot used to have them for free if you bought a 6v light. A friend got one without buying the light. Maybe still can do?
