Desperate For Toe Rail Cap

I tried this before and got links to TACO metals site. They got nothing. Anybody out there know where to find aluminum toe rail cap for an Irwin 24 circa 1974? It's an aluminum extrusion about an inch wide and an inch high with a central piece at the 3/4" mark that creates a slot for an arched strip of mahogany that's about 1/4" high. Your standard marine parts stores look at the picture I show them, shake their heads and say, "see if anyone knows where any old Irwins are being dismantled. These parts have to be around somewhere, but we don't have them." So anyone know anything about anything like that?

Irwin made a lot of stuff for there boats. There is an irwin web site that may be able to help. just put in irwin yachts and you will see a site run by Gene Gamond.

With out a picture its hard to tell what you have got.
