Some of you may remember my post about choosing an old cutter ketch vs: a late model production boat. Well I made a legit offer and put a deposit on a Catalina 380 today. Anybody know any bad traits/ things to look out for? Figured I'd toss it out there BEFORE I handed Jr,s college fund over to the broker. Somehow it worked out OK to have a hardhead kid who wouldn't go.

I think the 380 was Cruising Boat of the Year a while back. I think you'll find that the boat is pretty well built and a good value. Have fun.
