You can e-mail their service department at dmifix@capecod.net I don't have a regular address for them. Are you getting an MSD reading on the display? If so you probably need a new transducer.

DataMarine is in Business!

My DataMarine depth-sounder was reading 18.8 ft continuously, called DM and they were very helpful, told me I needed a new LCD screen and how to put it in. Bought it, installed it myself and -voila-, I can find the bottom now!When I took it apart, it struck me it is a very well made (read durable) piece of equipment.RegardsMark Magee
