Those are your transducers, one for speed, the other for depth. You might have some debris on the seal of one. On my boat, they can be removed by twisting a quarter turn or so, and pulling up. There should be a plug to put into the hole while you inspect the transducer. Maybe a Hunter owner cold verify this for you.

Your speed transducer is laying on the keel bolt and appears to have a blanking plug in the thru hull currently. It's not one I'm familiar with as it seems to use that pin to hold in place rather threads.

Tom & Ted described the thru hull transducers & blanking plug.
Many times owners will allow the speed transducer to remain out and keep the blanking plug in to prevent the paddle wheel on the speed transducer from developing crud & zebra muscles that causes it to become inoperable. If the depth transducer or speed blanking plug is leaking, you may be able to stop the leak by hand tightening a bit more. Also, some will have O rings on the transducer body or under the cap that forms a water tight seal. Check the integrity of O rings and replace as necessary; also lubricate the O rings with glycerin to provide a better seal.

they are transducer thru hulls and one is plugged with the pin installed. They appear to be the same as mine. They look like they are data marine and have two o-rings on the plug and also on the transducer. If they are data marine unfortunately that company is long out of business. The company that services data marine products is DMI marine and I believe they are in Massachusetts. I believe I bought replacement o-rings from them a few years ago. The o-rings as I remember we’re not anything out of the ordinary and you should be able to obtain them from a local plumbing supply store. I think you probably have a bad o-ring on the plug. Mine was on the transducer and I temporarily removed one of the rings from my plug until I was able to get the replacement. Use a Teflon water based lube on the rings and not petroleum based lubricant. Petroleum lube will damage the rings.
