I was recently in rough water off Montery California in a 1990 Vision 32. After several hours of sailing there was a rather constant trickle of water down the inside of both starboard and port sides. This soaked the goods in the side slider lockers and accumulated in the bilge and seat lockers. I have noticed this leak before but is was much worse in bad weather. Any body elst with this problem. It seams this is most likely a deck seam leak.

stanchion leak?

After 14 years they may need to be pulled and rebedded.

I recently sealed several leaks...

...on my h33. They were from both the stanchions and the deck to hull joint. The deck joint bolts were all loose and just needed to be torqued. The stanchions were removed, cleaned and reinstalled with a sheet of rubber underneath and marine sealant (not 5200). No more leaks.

HV32 deck leak

If you want a Q & D way to seal it, lay beads of sealant -- 3M 5200 perhaps -- tops and bottoms of rubrails.
