Upon inspecting the deck organizer on my '85 25.5, I found the sheaves chipped and barely turning. I removed the two bolts and sheaves to replace them. One problem is I can't seem to find replacement sheaves for this Merriman double. Worse, though, is that upon scewing the bolts back in the meanwhile, I noticed they're both cocked at angle so that the boltheads point toward the center of the unit. It seems like new sheaves put in there will be cocked as well, unable to turn. I'm open to anything from staightening this unit out, to getting a new organizer. Can anyone help?
