Can anyone tell me where the "deck" light(s) are located on a Catalina 25? I have a switch labeled "deck", but it doesn't seem to turn anything on. Thanks for any help you can provide.

C25 Deck Lights
Joe The deck lights were an option on the C25s. The electrical panel is standard, with, if I remember back four years when we sold our C25, had six fuses and switches. Sometimes the combination steaming light and deck light was only ordered by the PO with the steaming light, thus, no deck light. A combo steaming/deck light needs another wire up the mast. Sometimes they were installed with two automobile headlamps out about halfway on each spreader. Check your steaming light. Does it have a lamp shining down too? If so, either a wire, a connector or a bulb is "out." Do you have two deer headlights out on your spreaders? We attached our autopilot to the "spreader" switch, and instead of calling the autopilot the standard (and Boring...) "Otto," we called it "Spreader"!!! Stu
