I spoke with Dave Condon today regarding my deck hardware. Apparently there is an aluminum plate under the cleats that are tapped for the screws. The screws to the best of my knowlege were NOT loose. I will check tomorrow and post teh results. Thanks to Dave C. Russell Hudson s/v Summer Luvin'
