deck fill replacement caps

two of the deck fills on my 1984 31' have caps that use winches to open them. one is completely stripped and the other one is starting to go. does anyone know where to get replacements? West Marine has no idea and regular cap won't fit. thanks

Replace with new deck

fills with flipup knobs. WM has them for $13.99 which is less than rplacement for existing. Replaced mine on H34 nine years ago.
