Perko makes replacement deck fill caps
Most marina stores have 'em in stock. However, whether they'll fit depends on the age of your boat (or when the pumpout fitting was installed). Prior to the mid-80s, most deckfills had 16 TPI (threads per inch)...later ones have 11, and that's the only size you can find a replacement cap for any more. I dropped the cap for mine (1979) overboard...finally had to replace the whole deck fitting 'cuz I couldn't find a cap that matched the threads.
