Hello, I have a 2 spots on the grey non skid where the paint has chipped away (each no bigger than a dime). Does anyone know of any touch up paint that will work? Thank you....gary

If the paint has chipped away, then likely when the previous paint was applied the are was not clean. You will need to clean the area and likely enlarge the area. You will need to rough up the surface then clean it again.

Do the best you can to find a match. Obviously if this is paint it is not "GelCoat" like originally done at the factory. So you are likely repairing work done by a previous owner.
The paint folk are pretty good matching colors. Take a chip in to them and pray.

My mantra is sand/rough up the surface to be painted, clean up the sanding, then clean up the clean up with a good solvent, and clean it one more time to get all of the airborne oils or dust that will spoil the paint surface. Do it quickly and carefully. Then pour yourself a beer to reduce the stress and say a prayer.
Good luck.

Gary,

The original gelcoat for our boats was/is Spectrum. Catalina Direct sells "gelcoat tint adjusting kit. Spectrum also sells their stuff, it's fairly expensive.
Check out c34.org and search SPECTRUM.

Good luck
