Dead B & G instrument

My B & G Network Quad instrument died over the weekend. When powered up it goes into the alrm mode and reads error 17. I'm trying to find out what the error code means..it's either a bad thru hull transducer or it's the instrument itself. No error codes listed in manual. Anyone know if they have a web page? Ken
