Has anybody installed davits on their h26?

I do not know of anyone that has done that plus after some thought, it wouild be a hindrance when lowering the mast and trailering not to mention the work which to beef up the boat for davits. Sorry, I cannot be of better advice on this one so hopefully if anyone has done this, they will respond

Maybe look at weaver davits maybe.

26 feet is pretty small for davits. Too much weight too far aft.

Sounds like a bad idea.i need to figure out how to carry a couple kayaks.

I see a lot of kayaks just lashed to the lifelines and shrouds. The sit on models take up less room than the sit in ones.
