Davits for a Beneteau 423

I am looking at fitting a set of davits to my 423 to carry our dinghy on
I would like them the be a semi permenent arrangement , does anyone have a good design that they would like to share .

Have you checked the archived posts on the 423 site. I seem to recall a thread a few years ago.

Not sure I understand "semi-permanent." In any event, if you're buying davits on the marketplace, you have a handful of choices: Garhauer & Kato comes to mind, but a Google search on dinghy davits will show you all who make them. Davits are not specific to any particular boat, but some boat transoms have more implementation issues than others. Garhauer, for one, is very, very good at working with skippers with "challenging" transom issues. Good luck.

I just fitted davits for my 473 from Kato. They are great and I highly recommend them. They have done hundreds and likely several 423's. If you go to their site you can review past 423 installs.
