anyone know the dry time between coats? Also..it seems more like an oil than a varnish. Is this the right stuff for the steps and sole?

Same stuff

I've used the SeaFin and it, too, is thin. But it contains a hardener once it dries. Drying time depends on humidity. High humidity takes longer to dry. (you'll wait forever with the humidity in the Northeast, right now). I did the SeaFin coats after 24 hours of drying time. If it's still tacky, wait until it dries a bit more.
