Connections

Check for corroded or broken connections beginning at battery posts and working back to breaker panel.

not all the dc is down

if your engine starts not all the dc(starter is 12 volt dc)what about bilge pumps? I would advise to chech the power supply to the dc panel, get a tester and start checking from the panel to the batteries. Good Luck!

Breakers

When my '99 H310 was hit by lightning back in August, most everything did not work (AC/DC) at 1st. we all thought it was the wiring. Later we found out that the breakers and diodes were all burned up. As with your house, breakers don't last forever. check it out. sc s/v The Odyssey...

What is it that doesn't work?

Kurt, You say your all DC is down, but then mention that the engine runs fine. What is it that isn't working? And when you say the batteries are charged, did you use a voltmeter to test them? What was the voltage (in tenths)?

Grounding?

Kurt: Just a guess is that you have a bad ground. I am assuming that you have an AC and DC panel. Try to isolate the ground on the DC side and just check for corrosion or a loose ground wire. The DC side is basically lights and instruments (including your radio). Hope that is taking you in the right direction!
