Cutter track gone 37c

Removed staysail track, what a mess and was leaky. Filled in holes and just put last coat of paint on. We weren't using the staysail anyway.

What did you find when you removed it. Was it through bolted anywhere, was the base wood where it was screwed in or some other material?

I should have taken a before picture. It was thru bolted at each end and screwed into the deck in the middle (about 8 screws). The base was teak and came off in pieces. Because of the curve of the deck, when one of the end bolts came out the track popped up at that end. It took a lot of resin to fill some of the holes.
