I am having my prop and shaft serviced and will also change the cutless bearing. The one in seems to be the original. The two set screws on the port side basically crumbled when I put a hex driver in and turned. An easy out did nothing but the same. Before I go drilling the screws out today, is there a technique to this removal, or is drilling and tapping a new set screw the answer. Thanks Greg
