Cutlass bearing?

On a trip right now
Picked up some vibration going forward and strangenoise when throttle applies after shunting into reverse. Prop looks ok

Noise is in water to stern and port

A dive in the water with a mask move the shaft and see if you have to much play. I'd also check the motor mounts. Loose top nut? Bases of mounts tight to bed rails. And especially check the mount by the diesel line. Diesel will wreck the rubber in a motor mount.
