It largely depends on what type of prop you have, and the condition of the existing cutlass bearing. If like me, and many Beneteau owners, you have a MaxProp that requires qualified disassembling to remove, then it might be 3 hours with the possibility of a broken or torn bearing I would call it at 3 hours. Apply your own shop rates. The cutlass runs about $100. If you have a fixed blade prop, the job gets a good bit easier.
