I had my Hunter 28's done at JSI Sails and they had the templates in house. They did a great job and were fairly reasonable. Check them out...

We also had our interior cushions replaced by JSI. They did not have templates for our 1980 Hunter 30 so we made paper templates as directed by JSI. They worked out great. Each interior cushion cost an average of about $200 with new foam. Don't get thier top of the line foam. It is too hard to sleep on. Their fabrics are great also.
