I just replaced all my cushoins on my 25. My wife said the old cushions smelled like mold, I do not know if they did or not because I could not smell anything, but according to her they had to go. I took the cheap way out and purchased the material from a local fabric store that had a sale on outdoor fabric that was UV resistant. I seperated the fabric on the cushion from the vinyl and reused the vinyl backing. The vinyl was in good condition. I replaced the zippers with a quality brass zipper (do not use a vinyl zipper if you can help it). My mom did the actual sewing. I am not a seamstress but I thought it was very time consuming and so did she. The entire project cost about 220 dollars. I lucked out and caught the fabric on sale for 7 dollars a yard. I was well worth the effort and they turned out better than expected. Use the old material as a pattern and pay close attention in making them slightly larger.
