On our 49, we have several galley cupboards that you need a flashlight to figure out what you have stored in them.
So, you end up shoving things to the back, and find out one day you have 12 jars of peanut butter. Got tired of this.
So I did the following;

Installed small led strip lighting sections, and fitted small switches into the door frames. Makes a huge difference.
