We had a great weekend sailing. We went to 2 beautiful spots in Casco Bay(the gosslings and Jewell I.) and we got to sit back and enjoy all the hard work we did this winter. Here is a photo of the new galley faucet and sink. The original was too small for a dinner plate to sit flat and the cuppord behind had a drop down door leading to the trash bin. I also fabricated the new door to match the others in the galley. BTW, Maine Sail, that Supreme held like a sonovabitch at Jewell in that high wind last night. I also spoke to a guy with a Rocna who said in 30 years of sailing, that is the only product he would recommend to other boaters.

That is one fine looking interior

How did you strip the lemon oil, etc. before varnishing? And, I just obtained a Supreme and there is nothing like the way it snaps the rode tight. I am very impressed so far. John

Wow !!!!

Holy crap your boat looks better than new!!!! Can't wait to see her in person. When is that first race again? Yeah, there is no mistaking the performance of a Manson or Rocna to anything else out there..! Glad you slept well! Wasn't Sunday AMAZING!!

First race

Is June 4th. We worked on the boat all morning finishing up little projects including polishing the stanchions. I watched the wind rise and fall and knew it would be up from the south around midday. We dropped the mooring around 1pm and raised full sail for a beautifull sail to Jewell. The seals were barking and making quite a racket all morning at the gosslings. Did you daysail or spend the night somewhere?

Very... very nice

Tim. Glad you took before and after pictures. Quite a difference... you and Kathy should be proud of your efforts. I see you removed the head from the chart table! Looks like a new boat buddy. By the way... your galley looks nicer than the kitchen in my house! Very, very... nice

I was searching for your make of boat. Nothing in this thread. Then I went to your album. Never mind. Cool work, classy boat!

Thanks Fred

I am way behind on updating my photos. Maybe I will have some time now that the boat is afloat!
