I found an expert fiberglass fabricator in my neighborhood. He is going to lay up a reinforcement for the cuddy entrance that will include a small weight bearing step. If there is interest, he will make a mold at the same time so he can easily make a part that can fit on other H-216s. If you are interested (no price yet), let me know. The deal is he will make the mold if there is interest, otherwise he will skip the mold. With the mold, he can easily mold another part and you simply cut out that part of the lip to the cuddy entrance that everyone sits on, stands on, lays on, etc. and epoxy on the new part, then paint with Ace Hardware Fusion white.Details: the part will start at the cuddy sole, go up the 6" or so to the cuddy entrance, then over the bottom lip of the cuddy entrance with a 3/4" or 1" weight bearing step. You will have to cut off the current lower lip, epoxy on the new part, paint it, plus machine off some of the lower part of the bottom door piece.
