Cruise Question

I am planning a cruise from Duxbury across Cape Cod Bay to Wellfleet. I am fairly new to sailing but feel that after 4 months of sticking around our mooring I am ready. Does anyone have any suggestions, comments, etc. for such a trip ? Thanks !!!!

i have sailed for 40 years and i would not try it in a boiat that size unless you have GP. ever hear ofn fog rolling in?
