Crittenden Skipper II issue

I love this head. If you ever get a chance, buy one. Never seems to clog, I swear it would pump a small ferret.

Now, having said that, mine does have an issue I can't figure out. Everything works, except when you pump there is no wash. The foot pedal seems to work as it should, and is in the up position. If I pump vigorously, I get a tiny dirty dribble come down the bowl.

I have searched online, read the manual and the repair diagram, but I can't figure this one out.

Anyone had this issue before?

Before I removed my W/C I would have to step on the foot pedal to get water. This became a problem when the spring got weak and it would leak water. It now resides in the garage with the spare parts. Hope this helps.
