5200. You mentioned drilling holes two sizes smaller and to use 5200? A sealer?? Thanks for the tips. I'll use a counter sink bit to remove the gelcoat. Wish you lived near OC, I'd buy you a beer (or a fine single malt) after I'd gotten your help. Thanks Hayden

Polyurethane sealer

5200 is a 3M product - it's a marine poylurethane sealant/adhesive. You should be able to find it in the fishing/boating section of Wal-Mart or at any marine supply house.

Came thru with the brand X two weeks ago

I was in your neck of the woods delivering a Catalina two weeks ago. Next time I will try to remember but I am working 13-16 hour days and do not have any time to visit. That is the sad part of the buisness as I would really like to meet a lot of you guys as I have found all who have personally contacted me to be great folks. CaraZy Dave Condon
