Hi all fellow vegans,
For the transportation of "Lyra v2941" from Boston to South Carolina,
my fiancee and I built a cradle out of steel tubes onto a flatbed
trailer. The tubes were bought at a scrap yard and they were linked
with each other with swivel clamps (the kind they use to build
scaffolding) that were bought used from Sunbelt rentals. To finish it
off, we slid boatstand screw pads into the vertical sections of the
cradle. It only took a day to build, did not budge once for the whole
trip and our vega is still sitting on it at the moment (in the backyard
for her extensive refit). I would be more than glad to upload some pics.
