Cracked fixed portlight

I need to replace a cracked fixed portlight on my 1993 oceanis 400. It seems to only be held in place by a soft caulking of some type. Has anyone replaced one of these, and do you have any suggestions on how to replace? ie removal of the old, and type calking to use on the new?

Replace with a good one!

This can be a do it yourself project but make sure you get something strong enough. I have seen cases where standard window glass has broken. This is the last thing you want when you need to close everthing up.I think they offer a number of choices on this site you might want to check out. A good idea is to have one with shutters for additional support, just in case.--Dan
