Cracked cabin door top/plastic

I'm not sure what to call this item, put the top of the cabin entry hatch is a sliding, smoked plastic top that is bowed and I have cracks on either side. Where can I find a replacement?

make one!

Find a plastics supply house and oreder a piece of 1/2" plex or lexan and use the old piece for a pattern.
